Child Monitor Visit provides services for families who are involved in high-risk, emotional or physical situations. The Child Monitor is there to offer a safe and protected environment to control external influences of stress on the child and to provide support for the child/parent relationship.
Child Monitor Visit is the connection between a child and the non-custodial parent in the presence of a neutral third person who is to observe, protect and ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for those involved.
ABOUT
Child Monitor Visit is operated by Ms. Doina-Stephania Radu, a Professional Supervised Visitations Provider (Monitor) in California Court – Ordered Supervised child visit cases. Our services are compliant with the Law and California Administrative Rules of Court 5.20, meeting and exceeding the training requirements set forth in Family Code 3200.5.
Ms. Radu’s background is in nursing administration with a special love for children and their free-spirit and joy for a worry free life. In addition to the minimum legal requirements for training set forth in the Law System, she seeks out continuing education to ensure her services are the best possible for you and your family. She provides her services in an unbiased and neutral position that is of the utmost importance for her clients and herself.
In the process of her services being delivered, she strives to make her clients feel fairly treated. Ms. Radu’s main concern and focus is the health and safety of your children in accordance with the principle of Professional Monitoring for your case.
During the visit of the child/children with the Non-Custodial Parent, Ms. Radu will act as an impartial objective observer of the parent interaction with the child/children to ensure the child/children's welfare is safe while enjoying the visitation.
